Handout 7:
Examples of Meeting Rules
|
Teams should create rules or meeting
norms that they think are needed to ensure the comfort of key players
and prevent past negative meeting experiences from occurring.
- We only share information that is useful for productive problem
solving.
- Everyone’s voice is valued respected; everyone’s opinion
counts.
- We will be supportive rather than judgmental.
- No put downs or interruptions.
- We will monitor each other to remain strength-based.
- The family chooses what information about them is shared at meetings.
- All team discussions will be considered confidential.
