Objectives

Teachers will study the important Greek letter-sound correspondences, and common syllable patterns.

Teachers will be able to:
§ Identify uniquely Greek letter-sound correspondences in words.
§ Generate and list words that contain these unique patterns.
§ Divide Greek-based words into syllables.
