Quick Write

Think about a student in your class who is having difficulty with reading. Focus on the specific areas – decoding, fluency, speed, comprehension, etc. What are some strategies, accommodations or modifications that you could use to assist this student with reading? What technology, if any, do you have currently in your classroom that would provide extra support for this student?
