Quick Write
Think about a student who is having difficulty understanding or communicating effectively. How well does the student understand or remember directions or information given orally? How does this student communicate his needs (behaviorally, physically, verbally, etc.)? In what areas do you think this student could use assistance (accommodations, modifications, low-high tech augmentative communication) to attain his/her educational goals and why? Consider what has already been tried and has or hasn’t worked. |
