Journal Prompt:

Arrange to have yourself videotaped conducting a lesson in which you give verbal feedback to students. Watch the videotape with a partner.

Identify examples of feedback on both social-emotional and academic performance. Identify examples where your feedback was 1) not specific and where 2) social-emotional feedback would have been appropriate and was not given.
