Teachers will be able to:
1. Review the Secretary's Commission for Achieving necessary skills (SCANS) Report.
2. Gain an understanding of the five competencies as described in the SCANS Report and its implication for the delivery of instruction by academic and vocational educators.
3. Describe the three-part foundation as described in the SCANS Report and its implication for
   vocational and academic educators.
4. Gain an understanding of the 8 Integration Models as described by Dr. Norton Grubb.
