The Steps of the Wraparound Process

Objectives

1. Teachers will review and practice the steps for developing an effective wraparound team and plan for an individual student/family.
   

2. Teachers will practice strategies for engaging youth and families in a team-based planning process.
   

3. Teachers will review and practice guiding the development of individualized teams that represent strengths, need and the unique culture of individual students.
   

4. Teachers will practice how to move from conversations with core team members to team meetings for individual students.
