Interview a classmate about:

a) what they feel are their unique strengths as an individual and
b) how their strengths could be used to advance personal needs/goals they feel would improve their quality of life. Probe with questions about what they are good at, what do they like to do, etc. Switch and have the classmate interview you. Write down your reactions/observations about what the activity was like as the interviewer? As the interviewee?
