The Wraparound Planning Indicator Checklist

With a team member(s) (or classmates), rate your experiences following the steps of the wraparound planning process using the Wraparound Planning Indicator Checklist (Handout 5.6).

  1. Rate each item’s level of implementation as in place, partially in place, or not in place.

  2. Share and discuss your ratings. Be prepared to justify your ratings if different than other team members.

  3. Then rate each item’s priority for improvement. Consider skill building activities or other strategies to improve the rating for the next meeting.
