The Wraparound Planning Indicator Checklist
With a team member(s) (or classmates), rate your experiences following
the steps of the wraparound planning process using the Wraparound Planning
Indicator Checklist (Handout 5.6).
- Rate each item’s level of implementation as in place, partially
in place, or not in place.
- Share and discuss your ratings. Be prepared to justify your ratings
if different than other team members.
- Then rate each item’s priority for improvement. Consider skill
building activities or other strategies to improve the rating for
the next meeting.
