Social Skills Curriculum Handout

 

Problem-Solving training Teaches a series of defined steps and techniques for solving problems and making decisions
Interpersonal skills training Teaches skills relevant to personal interaction with others, including such skills as listening, asking for help, and understanding your/others feelings
Anger control training Helps juveniles develop alternative skills to de-escalate and manage their anger
Moral reasoning training Teaches skills to develop appropriate values, apply those values, and how to deal with conflicting values
Stress management training Helps students learn to decrease the symptoms and effects of stress
