Objectives

Teachers will:

• Demonstrate effective practice in reading and writing instruction.
• Demonstrate effective practice in math instruction.
• Demonstrate effective practice in transition instruction.
• Demonstrate effective practice in assessment.
• Demonstrate effective practice in family engagement.
• Demonstrate effective practice in wraparound services.

Note: Field supervision is often in two parts, 1) supervision with interview, and 2) field experience seminar. The agenda offered here is designed as a resource for field experience seminars. Subject area topics are tied to modules 1, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 11. Work sheets are provided to aid in seminar planning. Supervision and coaching links are provided in the lecture notes.
